Ok, restarted on the level after Omega, and was able to complete the scenario from there. You did a good job with supplying weapons/ammo to support starting from arbitrary levels.
That shootable switch on the last level is ludicrous! I have my monitor set to what seems to be a reasonable brightness, and I have Marathon's brightness setting turned all the way up, and I still can't really see it - just a smudge that moves if I turn. Either you've got your monitor brightness set to "major damage", or you developed this in 256-color mode (which doesn't support such subtle shading, the switch becomes faintly but definitely visible). Hmm, actually you can see it in Millions, too - it's just Thousands where the switch is practically invisible.
One more crash - tabbing the final terminal, but just to the left of its actual center. Looks like you've got another terminal panel to the side, with a nonexistant script number.
The final term message gets chopped off in mid-sentence: it ends "You are the only living one to have". The reference to "last words" on the closing screen doesn't make much sense without the rest of that sentence...
