: No, Astro's definitely not writing for Enkidu. I had suspecions that someone
: else we both know is... the writing style matches closely enough (though
: the distinctive ellipsis is missing), he was intelligent enough to come up
: with all the mythological and other references in there, the person was a
: rather large fan of Marshall Mathers, and his real last name was
: DesMarais... Well, IS, I should say, unless he went and killed himself and
: nobody stopped him this time. Or he finally got his name legally changed,
: to whatever he's going by these days. Last I saw of him he basically said
: a big "fuck you" to most everyone, especially me, and left the
: community... well OK, last I saw of him he made a post under the nick
: "blooger" to ForgHL news asking that any reference to him be
: removed from Eternal's credits and history. Not that he ever did anything
: useful anyway.
Why in the world would you think the guy you described above would be knee-deep in the Enkidu thing? Even if his writing style looks similar, etc., I find it a rather large leap. The person(s) behind Enkidu seem to aiming for a nail-biting story experience, with a possible large payoff when it ends for the faithful community members. Not at all like what the guy you describe above would want to do for us.
