In the previous postings, almost every response starts with a similar salutation, eg:
Rince-
Martha-
Whereas this time he usually skips the formalities, and sometimes uses a different style:
Hello Cody,
Hey Xav,
It's a valiant attempt at the Matt Soell school of humor, but not quite the same. :-(
Oh, and he riffed the same Teddy Roosevelt/cake non sequitur mail all over again. What's with that?
