I've been using Safari under OS X 10.3.3.
After quitting Safari, restarting it and re-loading the Stiry Page, the whole page looked fine. Then I clicked on one of the Terminal entries (the one for "Never Burned Money", but I don't think it matters) and the terminal text shows up Rot2 as Callie21V describes. Also as soon as the terminal page loads, all of the links on the main nav bar also show up ttranslated Rot2.
Under Camino 0.7 and OmniWeb 4.5, everything looks fine no matter what I click.
Looks like a bug in Safari, I guess. Odd thing is, OmniWeb 5.0 doesn't have the same problem, and it uses Apple's WebCore for it's rendering engine.
Too bad, I was hoping it was intentional ;)
