I don't know man, in this geopolitical climate Good luck. If there was ever a time in which a giant robot could succesfully take over the world it is long gone my friend. I mean with the current trends in the decentralization of power, and the break down of colonial empires, there really isn't a "World" to take over. You may be able to seize control of a few Industrialized nations, but the marginalized third world nations with highly factionalized power structures may not fall so easily. First of all i recoment you build more than one robot simply because no matter how big it is it can't be everywhere at once. The robot should have something more to offer than just brute force too, it should be addept in public speaking and international relations. I mean, using Iraq as a case study. The US has all the Giant Robot's money can buy, and they took over the country pretty quickly, but the problem was in occupation, not conquest. I mean sure you might be able to take over the "world" with a giant robot, but you sure as hell wouldn't be able to rule it with one. Frankly though, I think you're far better off trying to start an international Corporation, if you want to do anything resembling world conquest.
