In Response To: If you can't beat them… (zirman) The hard part is control. I would choose a Single Board Computer (SBC). Movement is another big bother; Electric motors require alot of power, and they generate alot of electric "noise". But the hardest, painintheassest part of robots is making the programming and the hardware match up, ESPECIALLY when it comes to sensor arrays and their ilk. Anyway, good luck, and I hope I won't be sent to the Plutonium mines! P.S.
