What do you mean by worst - most difficult to play, most annoying, most all around disliked, most poorly laid out, most buggy or just plain worst overall? Are we talking about the original Marathon Scenario or are 3rd party maps included? If so, then there are some exceptionally bad maps out there that don't even deserve a mention, let alone being nominated as worst map ever. Do you mean solo maps only, or are net maps included? Once you narrow this down a bit, I'll give it some thought and post my answer.
