I fixed that bug a while ago (and the "real" fix was to go to the system Monitors control panel, change the Color profile, and then change it back). It definitely shouldn't be in the last released OS 9 build.
: Apparently they aint releasing a new OS 9 version.
We haven't got anyone willing to build it. If you brought it up on the mailing list Loren Petrich might do it.
