D'oh! Sorry, REB. M1A1 rules; it just never occurred to me to look there for the term graphics as bitmaps.

Anyway, I was working on a mockup of the first chapter... Unfortunately, the layout looks very uneven since the images rarely occupy their entire frame. Should we consider putting borders around each map image or terminal screen, or just crop each map to show only the used portion...?
