The battle of how the original Marathon midis sounded like is far from over. Chibi-Usa re-recorded the background tracks with her superior recording hardware, and she claims the new tracks sound the way it should been (she blames QuickTime software-based synthesizer for the bad reproduction). Below you can play a sample of Aliens Again with the improved sound. You be the judges. The new tracks are available at the M1A1 website. | |
