To be honest, the only reason I know Claude even exists is because there's a nightclub named after him in Halo Reach which has this in it (and a Siege of Madrigal one if you hit a different switch):

Same with Matt Soell: Halopedia & the other Halo Wiki say the Soell system where Installation 04 is located is named after him. Then there's this ancient zip file format's code whose contents eventually led me to the Story Page.
