That seems unlikely, unless I’m misunderstanding what you’re asking. We see what’s clearly “Waterloo Waterpark” after “Thing What Kicks…”, but it’s clearly later in the chronology than it was during M2, considering that Durandal talks like the mission will be incredibly dangerous. Most likely we’re doing these things just as Easter eggs for players to put together.
It is possible, however, that by removing the threat of the W’rkncacnter in one timeline, we remove it in all of them. This is a fairly popular fan theory. But all of these are distinctly separate timelines.
