I actually played through that scenario just a couple of months ago. I never really noticed any said issues as far as I can tell, but then again I haven't checked out what video you saw.
But really that scenario's main problem (in my opinion) is that it's completely unplayable on Total Carnage. But then again, maybe in a sense it lives up to its name in that regard. :P
