In Response To: The Marathon 1 Vidmaster’s Challenge *LINK* (Aaron Freed)

I once did it on the trilogy (Using M1A1 for the first game) and Eternal 1.03 back in 2012 and/or 2013 using just the primary Vidmaster rules from the level select menu (e.g. saving & healing allowed, no pistol starts) but I never recorded it nor saved the A1 films. I can't remember if saved films were broken by using pattern buffers nor if they lasted a full run.
My first or second Eternal 1.03 playthrough was the Vidmaster one, but I can't remember if I did all the failure planks. (I didn't first time through)
Haven't gone back to Marathon on Major Damage since unless its an unforgiving WAD like Rubicon or Tempus Irae.
Slightly unrelated note; could PID A1 be beaten Vidmaster style and if so, what key PID specific changes to the formula would have to be made to compensate for differences between PID & Marathon?
