This looks like the origin of the "Tour of Duty" name

Dates back to June 2012. Eleven years after the Volunteers series.

The Tour of Duty series was probably inspired by the Let's Play series of videos by Narcogen and Blackstar which had started a month earlier.

This was a good time to play Marathon as Aleph One was now supporting the original Marathon assets thanks to treellama, Hopper, et al.

Ah the memories.
