That's the whole point. Texture replacements are not limited to Marathon's colour table, only bitmaps in the Shapes file are - and even there, there are exceptions for the Weapons in Hand and Landscape collections. You didn't really think that all our wonderful HD plugins are 256 colour indexed images, did you?
