In Response To: Origin of the name 'Bungie' (Cody Miller)

: I have no idea if the origin of the name "Bungie" is still a
: secret, or if others here have figured it out. I do know that the answer
: is actually in the M2 source code, right there for all to see!

I never knew they had kept the origin secret. I never even thought about it's origin before, though when I first heard of them around the time I got Halo on my original Xbox in 2002, I always thought it was meant to be similar to bungee cord. Will Alex and Jason finally cave and tell us where it actually comes from?

I certainly ain't looking as I only know basic HTML and CSS; I hardly understand the actual traditional coding part of the Gamemaker engine, let alone MML or Vulcan Marathon.
