: Labyrinth and the final level are special cases. Of the 23 other levels, 5
: start respawning a previously fixed-amount monster type, including Barnie
: on Earthquake Zone and Headless on Ground Floor. The Big Blue Meanie is in
: the third slot so he doesn't start multiplying.
: There are very few unused slots. Feel the Power has an empty slot, and levels
: 2-4 (Never Stop Firing, Lock & Load, They May Be Slow) don't make use
: of their Phantasm slot. All other standard levels feature 3 different
: monsters the first time through.
