Indeed. Plus I forgot to mention, lhowon.org reveals there is another terminal on the level, which I assume is the one physically at the end of the previous level. And it reads simply:

That sounds like the SO clone reacting to Tycho's influence as well. Maybe it is bound for rampancy!
