I don't think so. The impression I always got from the timeline was this:
There's the Battle for the Marathon, which encompasses the entirety of the events of the first game. The Pfhor are wiped out, Durandal steals the ship, and then we disappear at the end of Ingue Ferroque. Some period of time later, the Pfhor return in greater force, annihilate the Colonists, and capture the Marathon, and with it, Leela and Tycho. Leela is stolen en route by Nar pirates, and then sold to the Vylae. Tycho arrives at the Pfhor homeworld some time before the events of Marathon 2. All of the copies of Tycho are produced after the original Tycho arrives at the Pfhor homeworld. Then, somehow, the original Tycho manages to get a flight aboard Battle Group Seven, culminating in his destruction on Lh'owon's inner moon - Fatum Iustum Stultorum.
The Marathon's Timeline page agrees with this summary:
07/25/2794: Marathon attacked by the Pfhor and is fought over for two days.
10/25/2794: Exactly three months after the initial attack on the Marathon, the Pfhor return and capture the Marathon's two remaining AIs. What happens to the Marathon itself is unclear.
2795: Sometime the next year, Tycho arrives at the Pfhor homeworld. He has fallen in with the Pfhor, but is studied by them. Presumably all Tycho clones are created after this point.
So no, I don't think we meet any clones of Tycho in the Marathon series - those are merely referenced in the M2 End Screen.
