Paris Hilton is a famous (or rather infamous), self-centred nobody who does Jack shit for a living, has a penis instead of a brain, and leaches money off her rich father who owns hotel chains and spends it on random crap such as very small dogs like Pomeranians, read: giant rats that like they're being suffocated in her handbag.
Think of a blond version of London from the Suite Life and you're about there. (Her lack of Intelligence has nothing to do with her hair color)
So we can see why Greg doesn't like her. I don't like PH either. In fact, I tanj hate her.
She also gets the Pfhor slime taken out of her in an episode of South Park which she rightly deserves on top of exile to Pfhor Prime.
There's a good rant on her awfulness here with a disclaimer in bold about avoiding breaking the monitor when you see her picture just under the start of the topic. That part lasts until the page footer.
