Minotaur: Labyrinths of Crete was included in the Mac Action Sack (1997) and both games can be downloaded from Macintosh Garden (Note: technically illegal, but Bungie has to date been relaxed about their very old games being distributed), however I it take you are looking for the originals which must be exceptionally rare indeed, certainly can't be found on Amazon or eBay, I don't have them but maybe someone here does.
