I have to admit I still have no idea what you mean by that.

Cortana is a character in the Halo universe voiced by Jen Taylor.

If this is an character on your Windows phone, voiced by Jen Taylor, named Cortana, and even a passing attempt is made to refer to or ground that character in the Halo universe, in what meaningful way can it be said it is NOT Cortana?
