I've seen those... very tempting. :) And always wear a Hazmat suit when
Once, in Tekkit, I built a nuclear reactor that was kept temperature stable by using the trick of trapping snow golems and collecting snowballs with a block breaker triggered by a redstone sequencer to make ice blocks in a compressor and feed them into the chamber. It provided reasonably high power and was stable. I surrounded it with reinforced glass, but I was still worried about explosive enemies, so I fenced it off and surrounded it with cats. One day I was flying back to my base area from exploring somewhere else and heard a huge explosion and a lot of yowling. I landed in time to see a dozen cats taking radiation poisoning damage before keeling over and disappearing in puffs of smoke. The golems had despawned at some point, and when I reloaded the chunk, the reactor went critical. So, yeah, it's a possibility.
