Ah! the old no Enforcer at the beginning trick. :)

I watched your film from your M1 Vid pack and you got the Enforcer to make an activation sound as you passed by on the walkway. Only one of the two was present in your film.

I am at loss as to why I'm not getting this. I'm testing on Normal but I don't think that should make a difference.

So yes, Enforcers at this location do make an activation sound. It's just not as frequent or as repetitive as in the beta.
