This reminds of something from the series called Ta'veren. An : individual who is ta'veren is effectively a center of the universe, a : twister of fates, if you will. Something about them allows them to bend : events where ever they go. However, at the same time, the universe bends : the individual. Basically, that persons fate and the fate of the universe : are intertwined, one effecting the other in monumental ways. The person : has very little say in where the universe takes them, but they drag : everything else with them. : This certainly describes the player, deciding the fate of worlds, but never : really free to go his own way."// : Center of the universe, Twister of fates...
