Removing Sounds from the Sounds File

Today I downloaded ShapeFusion, and I'm attempting to modify the Sounds File from Infinity. I'm trying to completely replace the ambient sounds with new .wav files. The question is, how do I officially erase the old ambient sounds from the file?
