Marathon Ad Crosshair

I slapped together a crosshair based on the one seen in Bungie's Please Choose Your Weapon ad for Marathon. Feel free to improve on or use it however you like!

I can picture a green variant (with the arrow remaining red), but I'm too lazy to make it right now.
Unfortunately, I don't know how to implement it into Aleph One by myself (short of replacing XBLA HUD crosshairs). Is there a lua documentation that focuses on HUD scripts?
