You are right in saying that this needs more evidence to fully prove, but the final phrase you pointed to ("the Jjaro are cyborgs") wasn't intended to give the impression that I am stating Jjaro cyborg-ness as a fact; I probably should've said something more like "If the Jjaro are cyborgs". Sorry for the inconvenience.
