The spaceroid may have discovered something...

So, I admit ahead of time, I am currently cheating in Aleph 1, playing Marathon.
I'm on Two Times Two Equals... and used the "all weapons, health, and oxygen" cheat (in Aleph One) and have found my inventory to also contain 2 PERFORMAS 6400/200, and 1 Wave Motion Cannon.
I cannot actually use these weapons, and I speculate that it's a placeholder for the WSTE-M shotguns, but the question remains: what are they?
(please don't answer until April 2, I really, really hate April Fool's...)
