To use the Lua cheats, check the "Use Solo Script" checkbox in Environment prefs, and navigate to Cheats.lua. In game, type one of the commands listed at the top of the file to cheat.

Goran's textures are plugins, you can just create a Plugins folder in your Marathon Infinity folder, and put the plugin in there.
