Early early in my run I had a lot of dashes from the save rune on ...Phantasms the level below. At least twice I entered the level and a Zombie spawned behind me at the ladder point before I left the first room. Nasty surprise, that.

And the final room and the Labyrinth, I suspect, have higher random counts...but those are edge cases.

I wonder what relation those numbers bear to reality...
