According to Bungie's press release for the game, and I quote:
"New to the Macintosh version is a high-res introductory sequence, easy installation, configurable keys, a streamlined interface, support for AppleTalk and TCP/IP protocols, and new display options."
Bungie's very first newsletter also stated it had "enhanced Mac graphics".
Abuse went public domain in 1997 and since then fans have been enhancing the game.

If you do buy that copy of the Mac Action Sack you will get the original ported version by Bungie.
