The blue bus is callin' us
Our next stop is North State Street for some Kung Pao Tofu.
North State Street is east of our present location. But since West Ontario Street is one way we have to back track a little and make our way onto West Erie Street. From there it's a hop, skip and jump to The Ming Choy at
669 North State Street
The Ming Choy?
Yes indeed, to quote Bungie:
"The Ming Choy, you must understand, holds a mystical and cherished place in all our hearts. During the initial year of our occupancy of Floor 7 - Ontario St., The Ming Choy has been the bringer of fine Chinese food goodness. In a magical way, The Ming Choy would almost anticipate our hunger and arrive with steaming Kung Pao Tofu mere seconds after our hanging up the phone."
Google Maps will drop you in front of a nice new shiny building and Chili's. Behind you is a wine bar at No. 628 ?!!!
Sheesh, the damn bus driver dropped us off at the wrong location.
This area is certainly upmarket. Down the street a bit is Bang & Olufsen and Alessi. Shops that if you have to ask the price, you can't afford it.
So where is this mystical Ming Choy? Looks like we'll have to hoof it.
Now Magical Mystery Tours does offer a helpful guide to find The Ming Choy. It costs 7 dollars, thank you very much. The guide shows an intrepid crew of Bungieites (Alex Seropian, Max Hoberman, and '16 year old looking' Joe Staten) making the journey to The Ming Choy. With this guide, and only this guide, will you be able to find the exact location of The Ming Choy.
By clicking on the following link your account will be debited 7 dollars.
Thank you very much.
When you find the location of The Ming Choy keep it a secret... I need the money. ;)
