Durandal and Infinity Music

A couple questions:

1) Does anyone have high quality versions of the Durandal and Infinity themes? (any format)

2) Are there any rules/legalities restricting the availability of those songs? Does Power of Seven still exist and own the rights, or now that both games are open source does it not matter?

Mostly just wondering so that I can host the songs on my site.
