I check the Story page directory on bungie.org and found two sets of MIDIs. The first set dates back to June 1999. These MIDIs are smaller (e.g. AliensAgain 33KB). The second set dates back to Oct 2007 and are larger (e.g. AliensAgain 82KB). I can't explain the difference since I am not responsible for either. I have uploaded both versions of AliensAgain in case you want to take a look at them in detail.
