QuickTime 2.0 Developer's Kit

Does anyone still have QuickTime 2.0 Developer's Kit or know anyone in Apple who might be able to lay their hands on this old Kit?
It came with additional software that you didn't get in the standard install at the time. It may also tell us something about converting MiDIs to other formats.
