I feel you are not ready. If you don't want people to trash it on Simplici7y, it needs to be really good. Once you upload something that is really good, then I will believe you have a chance of making this really good.
Start a small project, and make something really awesome. Then you will have some street cred. Right now you are just someone with high aspirations and limited ability to see them through.
You need to be at least as good as the Apotheosis mapmaker(s) before you can get away with using their maps. You're not.
