Ah yes the Marathon 1 source code. Touchy subject. I remember Matt Soell telling me that they couldn't find it. Then again they couldn't find a lot of stuff or at least that's what they kept telling me! It probably explains why M2 was the game they only ever ported to the PC and the Xbox and why the source code for M2 was only ever released.

My gut feeling is we can do a whole lot better than
: M1A1, but we need (a) developers with time to do it (unfortunately, not
: me), and (b) an old school Marathon expert advisor.

I think most of the old school Marathoners have grown up. ;)
