old Marathoner, new here

Hi,

I've play Marathon from the first free demo thru to a good part of Rubicon. Got stuck on the stairs in 'Iwannavacuum' :(

Have an old 400mz G-4, and now an Intel Macbook Pro. I'd like to try out the new hi-res versions, but not sure if I can do it on the MacBook, but I have PC's too.

What would you suggest ???
