Ya like it causing noobish players to waste ammo on the Red floating creature. After all if they never heard of PiD and are playing M1A1 for the first time how are they supposed to know if the creature is hostile or not?

Say what is that Red Floating creature? I heard you encounter it on the last level of PiD.
