there are quite many posts on the pfhorums & the story forum (and most other forums in the world) that I have no interest at all to read. some of them are off topic, some of them are semi-off topic, or even 100% on topic. does that mean those posts shouldn't be allowed there?
hl.bungie.org is a 'thon/bungie community, the same counts for the pfhorums. I don't see why there shouldn't be a connection between them.

there are many outdated clients out there, but there are also some client/server software that has been recently updated. (2008) (SHXD for instance, and although i couldn't find any date I guess the SHX client is updated on regular basis with the SHXD)
