I've been surfing without the sideframe since I've been looking at this site. HOwever going to the default view pops up the frame. This is what we have that strikes my interest

Hosted on marathon.bungie.org and having an identical replica on jjaro.net Anyway thanks for pointing that out to me. Checking that out initially just shows page 2401 as just a bunch of links to various websites as well. Strikingly different to the first time I "stumbled" onto http://marathon.bungie.org/story/page2401.html which seems like a dead end. Somehow I get the feeling I need to play around a bit more in the mean time I'll check out more of these links. Thank you for the headsup regardless.
I figure a few more things to do. A few things perhaps not so obvious that I need to figure out (probably in plain sight probably previously mentioned in the puzzles section of the sight) before I find this "mythical" page if its still up.
There is also the distinct possibility that I stumbled exactly on what I was seeking. So do tell if I found "it". Anyway back to looking around thanks guys.
