I'm using sample-based synths (not fully though), so it's kind of close (at some parts, although I try to make them sound as close to the original as possible, it's quite hard at times)...
The problem here is not that the instruments are different or whatnot, it's that the notes are garbled, too long and too short at places, not in pace and whatnot.
Also, even though I try to bring everything even, it seems that everything was written either EXTREMELY sloppy, or something's wrong on my end (although I've tried different OS'es, different applications, different computers etc)
Any idea, anyone?
For example, Leela is impossible to get in a reasonably even pace with the source MIDI's, they're just uneven and sound horrible...
