I have beaten the Trilogy as well as all the Mods. I have each level saved with its own game file (since it doesn't take longer to beat the game that way AND it's the safest way to ensure you don't land yourself in an impossible situation that forces you to start the whole game over). This goes for the Trilogy as well as the Mods. Over time, perhaps, I would like to compile a list of all the secrets I find.
