Uh? Anvil I was using today, it isn't a map editor at all, it's the editor for the Shapes file. It comes with Forge so you can not only edit maps but set up your own sound and graphics. Unless someone has done something daft and used the same name for a different product, in which case we should gang up, stick a straw in their ear and suck out their brain using a vacuum pump.
