I would agree with that, but considering that only it would only be story viable in the first or second chapters, I don't think so.
Besides, the only Human equivalant of the WMC would be a tiny nuke, which not only wouldn't be usable in a real situation and real physics, but also copied from EVIL.
Also perhaps there are more weapons made by Humans in the latter chapters. :)
