It's always the level you get sent back to that you need to do something different on. In this case, that means doing something different on "S'pht Happens".
Hint: when you first came to Lh'owon, didn't Leela tell you to sit still, don't touch anything, don't talk to anyone, and above all, don't break anything or kill anyone? I wonder what she's been up to the past thousand years since you ran off with S'bhuth...
