I recently discovered that the Marathon games are now available as free downloads (how did I not hear about this?), and so naturally I downloaded Aleph One and got to work on replaying these beloved games.
One thing I loved to do so many years ago was play Marathon: Infinity's multiplayer levels alone. You see, I had no internet connection, and so I'd run around slaughtering the aliens and memorizing the maps in the hope that I'd one day get to play them with others.
Fast-forward ten years. Now I can't figure out how to get into those levels in single-player mode. I remember holding down some key while hitting the button to start a new game, but I can't recall what button it was. Does anyone know if this is still doable in the Aleph One version of Infinity? It was on a Mac, naturally, but I was hoping the feature was kept, if not necessarily the exact button usage.
This might have been Durandal, not Infinity, but it wasn't the original.
