Never mind - I solved it.
I have to say, Chapter V is...well...interesting. The texture set is unlike anything I've ever seen before, really (I think the last time I saw a lot of blue used like that was in the Alexienth demo), and the whole combat dynamic is almost entirely turned on its head. I'm not too happy about the infinitely regenerating enemies on some levels, but, meh.
